TOLLY, Hazel B. - Putnam

Charleston, Ill – Mrs. Hazel B. Tolly, 61, a registered nurse and wife of Floyd Tolly, Charleston, died about 9 a.m. Monday in the Tolly home. Her body was not discovered until Monday afternoon.  Coroner HV Clark conducted an inquiry and it was found that death was due to a coronary thrombosis. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 4 p.m. in the First Presbyterian Church, Rev. William Blair officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn cemetery. Friends may call at the Harper-Swickard Funeral Home after 6 p.m. today. Mrs. Tolly is survived by her husband, a daughter, Mrs. Ralph (Annette) Buesking, Hoopeston; a sister, Mrs. E. Guy Collings, Bainbridge, Ind; a brother, James Simpson, Russellville, Ind and several nieces and nephews. – kbz
